Your Order

Thank you for placing your order with us. This Sales Invoice is a legally binding contract between the customer/customers named on the invoice, even if you have only placed a deposit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all the details on the invoice including addresses, contact numbers, product, payment details and delivery details. Key Largo Shutters Ltd will not accept liability for any costs arising from errors on invoice.

Please check that the products received are the ones you have ordered i.e. the colour/options and they are examined for apparent faults or any damage. If once inspected you have any queries please contact us immediately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products ordered on the invoice will have suitable access to the delivery address and any parking arrangements/charges made.

Cancellations & Refunds

The order is a legally binding contract even if you have only placed a deposit. No alterations/ cancellations will be accepted after the goods have been ordered unless we are in breach of contract. If any refunds are agreed it will be refunded to the person named on the invoice.

Key Largo Shutters Ltd liability does not cover product or delivery failures due to factors beyond our control such as bad weather, traffic conditions etc.

All delivery times quoted are in good faith but are approximate only and Key Largo Shutters Ltd does not cover any consequential losses.

In the unlikely event of your made to measure item arriving damaging or faulty we will only offer an exchange. Arrangements will be made for a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations before survey will incur a £150 fee. After survey 25% of the order value will be returned

Delivery and Fitting

Fitters undertake to carry out their work with diligence, skill and care. But even with the best care, home decor may be marked or scuffed during fitting process. Neither we nor any fitter undertake any re-decoration unless the damage has been caused by that person’s negligence.


Doors may need to be trimmed to allow clearance. This is not the fitters responsibility. Fitters may remove doors to facilitate fitting, but it is the customers responsibility to get the doors trimmed and re-hung.


It is the customers responsibility to let fitters know if there is any pipework close to the surface of the floor.

Your Purchase

The samples we show are intended to give a general impression of colour and pattern. Colours may vary from batch to batch. Carpets: Carpets are soft and are a luxurious product and flattening usually occurs and that can change the colour slightly. This is known as ‘shading’ and may be permanent known as ‘Pile Reversal’. This is not a fault. Areas where there is a lot of foot flow, turns and twists are more prone to these affects. We recommend you replace your grippers and underlay with every new carpet fitted.

Product Guarantee

Any products sold are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for 12 months unless stated otherwise from the date of delivery or installation.

The following products have specific guarantees:

Blinds: 1 year
Shutters (Wood):  5 years
Shutters (Vinyl/Faux wood): 10 years
